Terms & Conditions

Types of orders:

Regular Stock- Products we regularly keep stocked in our warehouse

Special Order / Non-Stock- These products are never stocked in our warehouse. Depending on the supplier, special orders can either be shipped directly to our customer’s address, or they must first be shipped to our warehouse. Special orders always require longer processing times.

 

Damages

If you receive a damaged package/product immediately document the damage and email the picture to support@lakefrontsupply.com

Damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Goods shall not be returned to Builders Warehouse without first obtaining written consent via email. support@builderswarehouse.com

All transportation charges and risks of loss shall be borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or shipped in error by Builders Warehouse.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all items unless the product is defective or if it has been shipped in error by Builders Warehouse.

All returns are subject to inspection by the Builders Warehouse Quality Department. Credit will not be issued for damaged or unsaleable products.

Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

 

Special or custom orders are subject to return restrictions and must be approved by a representative via email. support@lakefrontsupply.com

We are NOT able to accept returns on any James Hardie fiber cement products.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the original amount less shipping.

It typically takes anywhere between 5-7 business days for a credit to appear back on your credit card.
